The annual ST. Valentines Day gift
















My friend Val and I agreed to exchange gifts for our birthdays, but they had to be handmade.

This year I made her this necklace. She likes feminine things and I like vintage jewelery, so I combined the two and came up with this. I hope she likes it. She won't wear it... She'll say she likes it, but if I gave her what I like, she'd really hate it.

She said she liked it a lot, and was wearing it. Cool.
My husband says we give gifts for ourselves, not for the ones getting the gift. He's probably right.
