Is it a snowman?

I'm cleaning out the art studio and I came across a box with these little bottles. They are some sort of characters. They all have little heads on top of the round little bottle. Have no idea where they came from. I vaugely remember seeing them a couple years ago. I thought he was special and decided to put him on the blog for the world to see.
