Fall at Dufield Farm
Looks like Fall, but it's not. Still in the 80's today and HUMID.
Bad Hair Days outnumber the so-so Hair Days. Thank goodness for hats and visors to sop up the sweat.

Lost Duck has a home
This Northern Pintail Duck has been stranded in a pond for many months. We don't know if he suffered a traumatic injury or is unable to fly, but he never left the pond when the weather turned and the other Ducks and Geese moved on. He would swim around the pond quacking a lot. The Duck was rescued by a kind woman and is now living on a farm amongst Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks and Geese ,and has access to a heated barn! The people responsible for the rescue are going to be featured on the local TV news.
