every town and city has a crazy person


I was at a stoplight and had an opportunity to snap this quick photo with my iphone.  The car is filled with evil things about the world and how the devil is going to get you, you are going to hell, etc.   A bratz doll and assorted figures were on the car too.  A wierd old wrinkly man was behind the wheel of this old station wagon.

  Every family should get together at Thanksgiving just to see one another and renew their bonds. Unfortunately Money was the topic this year. It is my hope everyone will be able to live a good life and provide themselves with the things they want. Would Frank and I be so popular if we were not so generous? We try not to think about that aspect of giving. It makes us happy and this is all that counts. Too bad more people are not like us. Damn us liberals. We want everyone to have some. I'd rather discuss art and think about nature than money... who wouldn't?

Lost Duck has a home

 This Northern Pintail Duck has been stranded in a pond for many months.  We don't know if he suffered a traumatic injury or is unable to fly, but he never left the pond when the weather turned and the other Ducks and Geese moved on. He would swim around the pond quacking a lot.    The Duck was rescued by a kind woman and is now living on a farm amongst Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks and Geese ,and has access to a heated barn! The people responsible for the rescue are going to be featured on the local TV news.
