Bad Banana Bread with extras

 


Despite my husband's opinion I'm a good cook, sometimes things just don't turn out right.
Take this recipe for banana bread: I tried to lighten the calories and used powdered egg whites instead of egg and egg whites and what happened was a gelatinous brick. Creepy. The little bacon pieces next to it are my dog's treats and the lime for Frank's Corona.
