I am off to the last workshop of 2009: Cedarburg Wisconsin is having an art retreat and I am taking 3 workshops.

Barn is still messy. I am sad about it, but can't get to it when I am not here.
Business at Antiques is really bad. Last month was bad, this month is worse. Who knows what is going on. Maybe it will pick up for Christmas.

I have to get a new PC.. this one is about to crash.

Lost Duck has a home

 This Northern Pintail Duck has been stranded in a pond for many months.  We don't know if he suffered a traumatic injury or is unable to fly, but he never left the pond when the weather turned and the other Ducks and Geese moved on. He would swim around the pond quacking a lot.    The Duck was rescued by a kind woman and is now living on a farm amongst Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks and Geese ,and has access to a heated barn! The people responsible for the rescue are going to be featured on the local TV news.
