  Buddy is the horse next door. I fed him some carrots today and he posed for me. He is very affectionate and well mannered.

  It was a week without my Iphone. I did not check emails as often, and only checked facebook if I was at home, upstairs on the computer. The phone dropped out of my jeans front pocket, about a foot, as I was sitting down. It's fallen before and no problem. This time, the phone went black. Had to call apple, get an appt (reservation) and one week later, my phone was back in my hands. The winter Olympics are on and lots of people are watching NBC coverage of this event. I have not blogged in a while. Been too busy with work and other work and real work and school stuff. I'll try to be diligent.

I made several mistakes. I need a drill press to start over and I can finish it at home...

  My art post for today: Look how this icicle formed around the trailer trash birdhouse. This is the roof of the garage/barn and we do not have any gutters on it.. I was amazed at how the icicle formed around one side of the birdhouse.

My friend Val and I agreed to exchange gifts for our birthdays, but they had to be handmade. This year I made her this necklace. She likes feminine things and I like vintage jewelery, so I combined the two and came up with this. I hope she likes it. She won't wear it... She'll say she likes it, but if I gave her what I like, she'd really hate it.

  I cannot get enough Tuna. We went to this new resteraunt 1 week ago and of course I ordered the seared tuna... It was wonderful. The green stringy things on top were gross, but otherwise, most excellent.

  Astro enjoyed the sugar cookies and dental bone treats for his birthday. Afterwords, he went on the couch to his area to sit and digest.

  I was donating some stuff for a fund raiser this weekend and found this 80's vintage little black cat, which resembles Pixel, the neighbor's cat. I cannot wait to give them this little look alike figure. She acutally looks like this.. a pudgeball.
